Last Updated: June 2, 2026. Please read the terms of service carefully before using NS Browser.
By downloading, installing, or operating NS Browser, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these terms, please uninstall the software immediately.
NSVAIR Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to run NS Browser on your personal or business desktop computer systems for lawful, internal extraction and automation activities.
Because NS Browser operates locally on your machine, you direct all scraping tasks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your automation requests conform to the terms of service of the target sites you visit, local copyright regulations, and data collection legislations (such as the GDPR or CCPA). NSVAIR Technologies does not oversee or control your extraction targets.
You agree not to use NS Browser to:
• Automate malicious requests or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attempts against online directories.
• Extract sensitive personally identifiable details for harassment or illegal tracking purposes.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international regulations.
NS Browser is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any sort, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will scrape all targets flawlessly, as third-party websites change their layouts and bot protections continuously.
In no event shall NSVAIR Technologies or its office hubs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or API key usage cost) arising out of the use or inability to use the software. For inquiries, contact info.nsvair@gmail.com.
