Last Updated: June 2, 2026. Learn how we secure your data inside the world's first agentic AI browser.
At NSVAIR Technologies, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Traditional search tools and scraping extensions collect search keywords, visited profiles, and scraped databases on remote servers. We designed NS Browser with a Local-First Architecture.
All data extraction activities, browser histories, credentials used for automation, and configured API keys reside exclusively on your local desktop storage. We do not host remote databases to store your scraped directories, and we have zero capability to access your extracted records.
If you connect your personal API keys (such as Google Gemini API or OpenAI API) inside the Settings dashboard to unlock advanced planning capabilities:
googleapis.com or openai.com).We do not collect personal identifiers or telemetry from the application runtime. When you visit our website or download the setup installers, our web server logs standard metadata (such as IP addresses, user-agent strings, and download timestamps) to help prevent denial-of-service attacks and track download counts. This metadata is deleted periodically.
When the AI browser agent runs a scraping task, it navigates third-party web domains (like Justdial, IndiaMART, etc.) based on your instructions. Those sites may employ tracking cookies or bot-detection systems. We suggest consulting the privacy policies of the target platforms before running high-volume scraping tasks.
We may modify this privacy policy as we add new client features. The newest version will always be posted here with the updated version date. If you have any inquiries regarding our local data architecture, contact us at info.nsvair@gmail.com.
